Collard Greens in a Glass

2 Leaves Collard Greens
1-2 Cloves Garlic
2 Stalks Celery
1 Granny Smith apple
1 Tomato
Dash Celtic sea Salt

Push everything through the hopper, except for tomato and sea salt. Pour this juice in a blender and add tomato and sea salt to desired taste. Another choice so as not to lose the fiber is to put all the ingredients in a Vitamix or Blendtec Total Blender with water and blend on high until the desired consistency is achieved.

Liquid Salad

1 Kale Leaf
1 Granny Smith Apple
1 Turnip Leaf
1 Clove Garlic
1 handful Spinach
dash Flower of the Ocean sea minerals
2 Tomatoes
dash Cayenne pepper
1 Cucumber
Splash Lemon Juice

Use the cucumber and apples to push the vegetables and garlic through the hopper of a juicer. Season with sea minerals, cayenne pepper and lemon juice to taste.
