1 Cup Carrot Juice
1/2 Cup Almond Milk or Cashew Milk
1 tsp. Fresh Ginger
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1 T. Flaxseed Oil
1 Cardamon seed
Mix everything in blender and serve.
