Sunflower Pate for Seaweed Chips

1 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds, soaked
1 Lemon, juiced
1-2 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
2-3 T. Ginger (peeled)
Dash Curry Powder
2 T. Nama Shoyu
1 T. Olive Oil
1 1/2 Cups Onion, chopped

Process all the ingredients except for the Olive Oil in a food processor or powerful Blender until very smooth, adding water sparingly, if needed. Add Olive Oil at the end and mix in thoroughly before placing on Nori sheets.
