4-5 Carrots
1 handful Parsley
2 Stalks Celery
1 tsp. Nama Shoyu or Celtic Sea Minerals
1 handful Spinach
Bunch up parsley and spinach leaves and push through hopper with carrots and celery. Place in a glass and mix in the Nama Shoyu or Celtic Sea Minerals to taste.
