1 Cup Fresh Pineapples, diced
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 Clove Garlic, crushed
1 T. Celtic Sea salt
1 Lime, juiced
1/3 tsp. White pepper
3/4 Cup Flaxseed Oil or Olive Oil
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour over a vegetable salad or use as a dipping sauce.
