Walnut Vinaigrette

2 T. Walnuts, minced
1 Shallot, finely chopped
1/4 Cup Walnut Oil
3 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Grapeseed Oil
dash Flower of the Ocean sea minerals
1/3 Cup Orange juice, freshly made
Cayenne pepper, to taste
2 T. Mustard
2-4 T. Celery Juice, to taste

Combine all ingredients and beat with a whisk until thoroughly blended.
