Mustard Seed Cream

[dipping sauce or salad dressing]

1/2 c. Vegetable Broth or diluted, freshly made Vegetable juice
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard made
1/2 c. Raw cashews
1 tsp. Mustard Seeds
pinch Celtic Sea salt (to taste)

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a glass jar and cover well until ready to use.
