Rasberry Parfait

1 pint Raspberries
Water (as desired)
1 1/2 cups Honey dates, pitted

Puree raspberries in a blender adding water gradually. Add dates, a few at a time, pulsing in between. When all the dates have been added, blend thoroughly until creamy smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve and garnish with a sprig of mint, if desired.
