Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
1 dozen firm cherry tomatoes
1-2 tablespoons of Herb Paste/Butter
Curly Parsley for garnish
Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes. Scoop out the insides very carefully so as not to puncture holes in the sides. Stuff with Herb Paste. Serve on a white plate and garnish with the parsley.
